What would you do if you had 2 tickets that in their total price came to $49 for a concert that you wanted to see but for weeks have been having really bad feelings about going into the particular city the show is in? What about if the feelings have gotten a lot stronger in the last few days and you're just not sure if you want to risk it because you've never had a premonition like this before? It's not like I haven't been to a lot of concerts; I've been to so many at tons of different places. I've even been to this venue before and had no problems whatsoever. So what's wrong here? It's driving me mad and I don't know what to do - just ignore the feelings and go to the show, or sacrifice the tickets?
This is crazy.

I know it's been ages since I wrote in the journal (!) and today I've been busy as usual. Writing to come tomorrow I hope! Heheh. Today though, with 2 1/2 hours at GAdv this morning (racing rolling thunder!) then the afternoon walking the boardwalk in Seaside and dinner at Friendlies and now I'm going to a movie... yes, busy and fun day. I shall write to all of you soon.... Holly especially! I am working on a new look for the site as well, and oh, the archives to the journal are all finished being moved to dreamhost. Woo hoo! Hello to Krissy who is in Italy right now... not that she will see this :) hehe. I'm in a good mood can you tell~

Four charged in theme park incidents
Remember how I said I felt extremely uncomfortable the short time I was in Great Adv. on Friday night (the massively crowded night with the concerts)? Looks like I was right to be -- I saw this article in the paper this morning and was not surprised, but I was saddened. I left the park right around the time that this all began to occur too - had I left just twenty minutes later it would have taken me 4.5 hours just to exit the parking lot (and I know someone who did).
The armed robbery must have taken place in the parking lot, because (thank god) the park has had metal detectors at the entrance gates for years now. Really gives me chills to think I was there.

Why does it have to go from being cold icky weather to sunny and 85º in a few short days? Where's the spring eh? It feels like July today and the house is an oven. No, we've no air conditioning here, and the screens were just put on the windows today (and in this room just an hour ago) so at least I am not totally baking anymore when I'm at the computer).
